To place an order, simply add the products you want to your cart, then click "Checkout". Then follow the payment steps, entering your delivery details and choosing your payment method.

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are secured by Stripe.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. You can also follow your orders in your account, under "My orders".

Once your order is confirmed, it can no longer be changed. However, if it hasn't been shipped yet, email us quickly and we'll do our best to cancel it.

Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. These times may vary depending on your location and during busy periods.

Standard delivery is free on orders over €150. Below that amount, it costs €9.90. Express delivery is available for €14.90.

For now, we only deliver to mainland France. International delivery will be available soon.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your order in your account.

Absolutely. All our perfumes are 100% authentic and come directly from the perfume houses or official distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product.

We offer several sizes: 2ml (sample), 5ml (discovery), 10ml (travel) and sometimes larger sizes depending on the perfume. This lets you try before investing in a full bottle.

Our perfumes are carefully decanted into quality glass atomisers, then packed in elegant packaging to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.

Kept away from light and heat, our perfumes retain their qualities for several years. We recommend using them within 12 to 24 months of opening to enjoy all their nuances.

No, returns are not accepted. As our perfumes are decanted products, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. That is why we offer small sizes (2ml, 5ml, 10ml), so you can discover perfumes risk-free.

Our perfumes are carefully decanted from authentic bottles and prepared individually for each order. Once prepared, a product can be neither resold nor reused, for obvious hygiene reasons. French law excludes these products from the right of withdrawal.

In the rare event that you receive a product damaged or broken in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number. We will review your request and send a replacement if the damage is confirmed.

That's the whole point of our small sizes! Our 2ml, 5ml and 10ml decants let you try a perfume without investing in a full bottle. You can discover several fragrances and find the one that truly suits you.
