Returns Policy
Important information about our products
This English version is provided for convenience. This policy is governed by French law (French Consumer Code) and, in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Returns not accepted
Because of the nature of our products (decanted perfumes), returns and refunds are not possible. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Why aren't returns possible?
Decanted products
Our perfumes are carefully decanted from authentic bottles. Once a product has been prepared for you, it can be neither resold nor reused, for obvious hygiene reasons.
Careful packaging
Every order is packed with the greatest care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our atomisers are individually protected and secured for transit.
Our guarantees
Even though returns are not possible, we are committed to giving you the best possible experience:

Every vial is carefully packed and protected to avoid any damage in transit.

Our sizes (2ml, 5ml, 10ml) let you try perfumes without the risk of investing in a full bottle you might not like.

Our team is available to answer all your questions before and after your purchase.
Product damaged on arrival?
In the exceptional event that you receive a product damaged or broken in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- •Photos of the damaged product
- •Photos of the packaging
- •Your order number
We will review your request and send a replacement if the damage is confirmed.
This is in addition to your legal guarantees (guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects), which apply to any defective or non-conforming product and are never affected by this policy, which only concerns returning an unsealed decanted product because you have changed your mind.
Legal basis
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
"The supply of sealed goods which were unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons."
Decanted perfumes fall into this category, which explains our no-return policy for change of mind. This exception only concerns the right of withdrawal: it in no way reduces your legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, which still apply to any damaged, defective or non-conforming product (see above).
